Place the agave in a pot or pot of boiling water.

Add the water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add a little more water if you need to stir it up a bit.

When the water is simmering, remove the pot from the stove and place it on a paper towel to drain off the excess water.

Take a small pan and lightly oil the bottom of the pan with a little oil and add the agaves.

Place it in the crock pot, cover it and cook on low for about 4-5 hours.
If you need more time, you can also use an immersion blender to make a smooth mixture and serve it with a spoon.

Serve with fresh herbs and spices.
The only thing you need is some fresh basil leaves, mint, and some fresh parsley.
