Pour boiling water into a small bowl, add the coconut oil and sugar.

Mix well and let the mixture soak for a minute.

Remove the mixture and place it in a clean container.

Pour the water back into the bowl.

Add the remaining coconut oil, sugar and water and mix well.

Pour back the mixture, and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

After the time you need for the mixture to absorb all the water has elapsed, it is time to drain the coconut water.

Put the coconut mixture into a bowl and pour over boiling water.

Let the mixture stand for at most 10 minutes.

Add a little salt to taste, and then drain the mixture into the kitchen sink.

If your cooking oil filter is a non-stick one, you may also want to pour some cooking oil into it to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the filter.

Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add one tablespoon of cooking oil and cook until it is golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes per side.

Pour your cooking water mixture into your clean cooking oil bottle and enjoy!
